4. Cuban Style Shredded Beef (Ropa Vieja)

5. Cuban Style Yuca (Yuca con Mojo)
This yuca con mojo serves as a great side dish for many food dishes. Yuca is served with a light mojo made with oil, garlic, and onion. The first step to the perfect yuca is boiling it to have the right texture which could take up to 30 minutes. The result will be a light yuca than can be used in many different ways after it is boiled such as fried (yuca frita) which is just as delicious.
